Several Step of Our Manufacturing Process
Step: 1
Material Preparation
We carefully select and prepare plastic resin pellets for processing. These pellets, derived from petroleum byproducts through polymerization, form the base material for production.
Step: 2
Injection Molding
Injection molding is a key technique used to shape plastic into desired articles. The plastic resin pellets are heated until molten and then injected into a mold cavity under high pressure.
Step: 3
Cooling
Once injected into the mold, the molten plastic is left to cool and solidify. Cooling channels within the mold or other techniques can expedite this process.
Step: 4
Mold Opening and Ejection
After solidification, the mold opens, and the newly formed plastic articles are ejected.
Step: 5
Quality Control
Our valves and fittings undergo thorough quality control checks to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications.
Step: 6
Assembly (if necessary)
Depending on the specific design and functionality, some valves and fittings may require assembly, such as the attachment of seals.
Step: 7
Packaging
Finally, the valves and fittings are packaged and prepared for shipment to our customers. Packaging methods vary depending on the size and quantity of the products.
